Pure-NA Genomic Research Products
Pure-NA™ rTaq DNA Polymerase is a 94 kD thermostable DNA polymerase. It is an enhanced Taq DNA polymerase which is suitable for all standard PCR applications. Pure-NA™ rTaq DNA Polymerase is treated with specific mutation based on the kinetic principle of enzyme reaction. It has low dependence on enzyme activator and low mismatching rate in amplification hence it has high efficiency of amplification. The amplified products have long fragment with good specificity. The amplified DNA fragment has an A base at 3' end, which makes it easy to be used in downstream application such as TA clone directly.
Pure-NA™ 100 bp DNA ladder is designed for quantification of a range of DNA on agarose and polyacrylamide gels. It is composed of 11 purified individual DNA fragments in lengths of 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp. Loading 5 µL of the ladder each time will provide 50 ng DNA per fragment.

True-Pro Reagents for Protein Research
The True-Pro™ Prestained Protein Ladder is a three-color protein standard with 12 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 10 to 245 kDa. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 25 kDa and 75 kDa respectively). The True-Pro™ Prestained Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the size of proteins. The ladder is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready to use.
